ORDERS

Orders are processed within 1-2 and 3-5 business days depending on the item. If you are pre-ordering an item, an availability date will be provided to you. If an item becomes back ordered, we will make every effort to notify you within 1-3 days of your order.

SHIPPING

Standard U.S. orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, 3-6 days; and USPS Priority Mail, 1-3 days to the address identified during check out. Expedited shipping is available. Please note were are not shipping international orders at the present time.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and PayPal. We reserve the right to change payment procedures at any time without prior notice.

SALES TAX

Maryland has a required sales tax of 6%. Our shop is hosted on Etsy. There are instances where Etsy may collect the required sales tax on orders for other states.

PRIVACY

We respect and protect the privacy of our customers. Your information is used only to fulfill your order. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, your information is used to send you news and updates. Your information will not be distributed to third parties.

RETURNS

Digital Content

All sales are final for digital (downloadable) content. Please contact us if you have a problem accessing your digital content.

Handmade Items

Handmade items are made and packaged with great care. Your order may be returned if:

+ Your order was damaged during transit.
+ Your order was not purchased on final sale

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any damage and to receive a replacement or credit for the full purchase price (minus the cost of shipping). Replacements or credits will be issued only once your order is returned/received. This does not apply to personalized orders.

Personalized orders are non-refundable after order confirmation. Upon final proof approval of your personalized order we cannot accept returns due to error (misspelled words, name changes, etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information provided and design as shown. You will be charged for a reprint if errors are discovered after proof approval.
