All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Any shipping overages will be refunded.
Minimum opening order is $100.00. Minimum reorder is $75.00.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Any changes or any cancellations of orders must be made within 48 hours.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to ship. All wholesale orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. Returns are only accepted in the case of defective merchandise as noted below.
DAMAGES/ DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Due to the nature of our handmade products each product varies slightly. Please inspect all shipments upon receiving. Notification of damaged or defective merchandise must be made within five (5) days of receipt via email to shoppresenceandgrace[at]gmail.com, subject: Damaged Merchandise Invoice#. Returned merchandise will be replace with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is not returned for more than 14 days after receipt.
