SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are processed within 1-2 and 3-5 business days depending on the item. If you are pre-ordering an item, an availability date will be provided to you. If an item becomes back ordered, we will make every effort to notify you within 1-3 days of your order.
Standard U.S. orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, 3-6 days; and USPS Priority Mail, 1-3 days to the address identified during check out. Expedited shipping is available. Please note international orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail International, 8-10 days and may take up to two (2) weeks to arrive as mail cannot be accurately estimated. You are responsible for custom fees incurred on packages shipped internationally.
Returns + Exchanges
All items are handmade and packaged with great care. Your order may be returned if:
- Your order was damaged during transit.
- Your order was not purchased on final sale
Please contact us with 7 days of receiving your order to report any damage and to receive a replacement or credit for the full purchase price (minus the cost of shipping). Replacements or credits will be issued only once your order is returned/ received. This does not apply to personalized orders.
Personalized orders are non-refundable after order confirmation. Upon final proof approval of your personalized order we cannot accept returns due to error (misspelled words, name changes, etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information provided and layout/ design as shown. You will be charged for a reprint if errors are discovered after proof approval.

Q. What if I need to return my order?
A. All items are handmade and packaged with great care. You may return your item if damage results

Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. Shipping times vary depending on the product purchased. See 'shippig & returns' above for details.
Personalized orders take about two to three weeks from the order date to ship (depending on the
order). Please email us if you have questions about your order or if there is something you’d like to
order within a specific time frame.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping rates vary. Your shipping amount will be confirmed during the checkout process.
Q. Do you have expedited shipping?
A. Yes! Please contact us regarding expedited shipping options.
Q. Will I be charged sales tax?
A. Maryland residents are required to pay a 6% sales tax rate. Otherwise we are not required to collect
sales tax on any orders that are shipped outside the state of Maryland.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and PayPal payments.

A. Yes. We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. We will
never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used
to contact you about your order if necessary.
Q. Are you available for custom work?
A. As well as being a brand we are also a design studio and are available to take on custom design on a
limited basis. If you are interested in custom work, send an email about your project and we will get
back to you shortly.
